Metro Tech - Telecom Infrastructure Administrative System
Project Overview
Metro Tech Administrative System is a large-scale enterprise web application built for telecom infrastructure operations. The platform manages the full lifecycle of field jobs across Monroe and Concord, including job creation, assignment, coordination, billing progression, and archival.
This is a production system handling high-volume real operational data with multiple user roles, job types, and workflow states.
Problem Statement
Telecom infrastructure companies run hundreds of parallel jobs across large service areas. Without a centralized platform, teams rely on fragmented sheets and manual coordination, causing delays, billing confusion, poor status visibility, and limited operational accountability.
Solution
A unified full-stack administrative system was built to centralize job operations, user management, billing visibility, and historical archiving.
• Overall summary by status: Active, Needs Construction, Pulling, Inside Work, Construction Complete.
• Color-coded progress bars and date-based filtering.
• Most Recent ECD widget for upcoming completion visibility.
• Recent Jobs Activity feed with expandable job cards.
• Activity Tracker with timestamped create/update audit trail.
• Billing Summary widget for C. Complete and PR in Prism pipeline states.
• Quick action for + New Job creation.
